What is LCAG?

•  LCAG campaigns for cyclists in and around the City of Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK

•  We publish a quarterly newsletter "Chain Letter" which is distributed free to all members

•  We send regular e-mails to members, reporting on developments as they happen. Send an email to andybeck_@_btinternet.com (remove the underscores) to be included. E-mails are under three categories: LCAG general, short social rides (under 25 miles) and long social rides. The first category is available to LCAG members only. Please indicate which type of e-mail you would like to receive

•  We co-operate and encourage Leeds City Council at meetings of the Council's Cycling Consultation Meetings which are held on a bi-monthly basis

•  We organise and participate in events for cyclists held during National Bike Week each year

•  LCAG members receive a 10% discount at Freewheel and at Action Bikes (though not on labour or bikes)

• Discounted servicing (£30) and on Ron Hill clothing (10%) at Fine Fettle Cycles in Barwick-in-Elmet

•  To make Leeds a safer place in which to cycle
