Leeds City Council's Cycling Officer is Mark Robinson. He can be contacted by e-mail:

Mark is the point of contact in the Highways Department of the Council. Please contact him, and LCAG, if you become aware of any highway works being carried out that appear not to be taking the needs of cyclists into consideration.

Defects in the highway - whether potholes, street lights or traffic signals - can be reported to the Council via the Leeds City Council Web pages: see Defects/Enquiry Form
